Overview
We are
seeking a highly reliable, discreet, and organized Executive & Personal
Assistant to support a founder/principal based in Korea who visits Nothern New
Jersey frequently.
This role
requires strong judgment, excellent communication skills, high attention to
detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with
professionalism. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting both
business-related executive functions and select personal/household coordination
matters.
This is a
high-trust position for someone who is proactive, dependable, and able to
manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key
Responsibilities
- Manage the
founder/principal’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule
- Coordinate business meetings,
calls, visitors, and related follow-up items
- Assist with domestic and
international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels,
transportation, itineraries, and meeting logistics
- Support business projects,
special assignments, research, document preparation, and administrative
follow-up
- Handle confidential business,
personal, and family-related information with discretion
- Coordinate office-related
matters, vendors, service providers, supplies, and general administrative
needs
- Assist with residence-related
coordination, household vendors, appointments, and logistics as needed
- Prepare, organize, and
maintain documents, records, schedules, and expense-related materials
- Support event, meeting, and
hospitality arrangements when needed
- Run occasional local errands
or coordinate transportation/logistics as appropriate
- Perform other duties as
requested by the founder/principal
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in
the United States
- Strong organizational,
scheduling, and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
- Fluency in Korean required
- Proficiency with Microsoft
Office, Google Calendar, email, and general business software
- Ability to handle
confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Strong sense of
responsibility, punctuality, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently
and anticipate needs
- Flexible, calm, and
professional under changing priorities
- Valid driver’s license and
ability to drive required
Preferred
Qualifications
- Prior experience as an
Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or
similar role
- Experience supporting a CEO,
founder, business owner, senior executive, or high-profile individual
- Experience in a bilingual
Korean-English business or family-office environment
- Experience coordinating
domestic or international travel
- Experience with office
management, vendor coordination, event support, or household management
- Ability to work occasional
flexible hours when needed, with advance notice whenever possible
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
