1. Program Director (Full-Time)
The center must have a full-time Program Director responsible for
overall program operations, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision.
Qualifications (per CBAS requirements):
· Bachelor’s
degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field and at
least 1 year of management experience, OR
· Minimum 3
years of human services experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or
managerial role.
· Experience
working with elderly or chronically ill adults preferred
· Strong
knowledge of Title 22 and CBAS regulations
2. Registered Nurse (Part-Time; Must Meet Ratio Requirements)
Handles medical assessments, medication monitoring, and
coordination with the care team.
Required credentials:
· Active
California RN license
· Current
BLS/CPR certification
· Must meet
staffing requirement of 1 RN per 40 participants
· Geriatric
or chronic disease experience preferred
3. Therapists & Dietitian (Part-Time / Contract)
We may hire contractors who come in once or twice a week depending
on participant needs.
Roles include:
· Physical
Therapist (PT)
· Occupational
Therapist (OT)
· Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP)
· Registered
Dietitian (RD)
Required credentials:
· Current
California license in respective discipline
· Experience
with adult day health, geriatrics, or rehab settings preferred
· RDs must be
licensed through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
4. Program Aide (Full-Time)
Provides hands-on assistance with daily living activities and
supports nursing staff.
Required credentials:
· CNA, HHA,
or equivalent caregiving certification
· Experience
assisting with ADLs such as bathing, feeding, toileting, and mobility
· Must
complete mandated CBAS training (infection control, elder abuse reporting,
etc.)
· CPR/BLS
preferred
5. Activity Coordinator (Full-Time)
Responsible for planning and conducting structured daily
activities for all participants.
Required credentials:
· Bachelor’s
degree in recreation therapy, therapeutic recreation, occupational therapy, or
related field
· Certified
Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) preferred
· Strong
background in activity planning for elderly or disabled adults
