With more than 100 partners and resellers and over 20,000 active licenses nationwide, VELAONE continues to grow. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Operations Coordinator to help manage and coordinate our order processing operations.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire order process for POS systems and merchant service accounts, from order intake through setup and activation

Provide day-to-day operational and order processing support to the Sales Team

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently

Good communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $21–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Health insurance benefits available after completion of the probationary period
