Company Introduction: Aligcus is a Design-Build company specializing in California ADUs (Advanced Diversity Units). We provide a one-stop service covering everything from site analysis and design to permits, construction, and completion.
Job Description:
- Consultation on ADU Feasibility, Design, Cost, and Profitability (Rental Income/Caring for Parents/Home Value Increase) for Korean Homeowners
- On-site measurement and quotation proposal, signing of design and construction contract
- Customer support and CRM (aliadu.com) pipeline management for each licensing/inspection stage
- Referral sales through Korean real estate agents, churches, and community networks
Eligibility Requirements:
- Native-level Korean + Fluent in English (Chinese speakers preferred)
- California driver`s license + personal vehicle required (field sales in Fullerton, Buena Park, Irvine, Rowland Heights, Diamond Bar, Cerritos, etc.); remote + field work, weekly meeting at the San Gabriel Valley office.
- Those legally eligible for employment in the U.S.
- Preference given to candidates with 2+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, real estate, or high-value sales.
- Someone with a good sense of numbers and proficient in explaining contracts and payment schedules
salary:
- Base salary $4,000–$5,000/month + 2% commission on deposit (50% at contract signing, 50% at groundbreaking)
- Quarterly target achievement bonus: $120K–$180K+ per year possible with 1–2 or more closes per month.
- Mileage support, CRM/sales tools, ADU products, and California ADU regulations training provided
