We`re a busy, family-run Korean restaurant in South Orange County, and we`re looking for a friendly, dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our team!

What you`ll do:

Support the owner in day-to-day restaurant operations

Supervise and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff during shifts

Help train new team members and keep service running smoothly

Handle scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and light inventory tracking

Step in to solve problems and keep guests happy

Help uphold food safety and cleanliness standards

What we`re looking for:

Prior restaurant or food service leadership experience preferred

A positive, hands-on attitude and strong communication skills

Someone reliable who can multitask in a fast-paced environment

Weekend and evening availability

Bonus: familiarity with POS systems (we use Toast) and/or Korean cuisine
