We are hiring Experienced Maintenance Manager,

DongJin America is a paper cup manufacturer located in Ontario, CA, and is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the installation, repair, and upkeep of our facilities, machinery, equipment, and building systems.  This role is responsible for developing and maintaining an effective preventative maintenance program, responding to repair needs and emergencies, managing parts inventory, supporting root cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, GMP, and regulatory standards.  The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of maintenance experience, including 2–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role, with hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.  Strong troubleshooting skills, organization, communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are required. Speaking Korean or Spanish as a secondary language is a plus but not required for this position.
