1.           Manager Accountant in Tax & Accounting

[Manager in Tax and Accounting]

▶ Manager Job descriptions:

ü  Manage and oversee the workflow for tax preparation, compilations, and accounting projects

ü  Perform final reviews of business and individual tax returns and financial statements

ü  Client relationship management providing direct consultation and strategic tax planning

ü  Responsible for the mentorship, ongoing training, and professional development of staff and senior accountants

ü  Work closely with partners on business development, billing, and the implementation of firm-wide processes

ü  Lead due diligence, agreed-upon procedure projects, and complex government notice resolutions

▶ Manager Qualifications:

ü  Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, Finance required, CPA license highly preferred

ü  Minimum 5~7 years of public accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role required

ü  Must be highly proficient with Lacerte & QuickBooks

ü  Exceptional ability to manage multiple engagements, meet strict deadlines, and delegate effectively

ü  Superior interpersonal and communication skills for both client advisory and team management

ü  Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (word and excel)

ü  Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

ü  Must be able to work overtime during the busy season and as needed

ü  Bi-lingual preferred (English and Korean)
