PARMI is a technology-intensive corporation that develops and supplies 3D electronics inspection machines used in a wide variety of applications ranging from semiconductor processes to surface mount technology manufacturing.

 

 

 

PARMI USA, INC located in 9853 Pacific Heights Blvd, San Diego, CA, 92121 is looking for an office clerk who will conduct below tasks.

 

 

 

·        Admin assistance:

-      Creating Parts and service quote

 

-      Receipt of purchase order

 

-      Check inventory and order items to locally or PARMI HQ

 

-      Prepare commercial invoice, packing list

 

-      Invoicing to customers

 

-      Account Receivable (Part, machines) / Account Payable (Bill/Commission)

 

-      Communication with external payroll service organization to follow up PTO, holiday, sick off, payroll, etc.

 

-      Preparing weekly and monthly expense report

 

-      Prepare quarterly/yearly income statement and balance sheet with designated accounting entity

 

 

 

·        Office operation assistance:

-      Restocking office supplies

 

-      Restocking inventory parts (monthly)

 

-      Preparing part shipment order including creating shipping label

 

 

 

·        Requirement:

-      US citizen or green card

 

-      BA/BS graduates (preferred)

 

-      Language: English (Native/Business), Korean (Fluent)

 

-      MS office suite: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook

 

-      Quickbook (Preferred)
