Aggressively growing O.C Full Service Dental Laboratory is seeking a creative, enthusiastic Field Sales Rep who can build up relationship with dentists & dental clinics.

Responsibilities

-Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to prospective customers

-Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints

-Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment for the territory/market

-Participate in trade shows and conventions

-Continually learn about new products and improve selling skills.

-Directly solicits dental offices in-person to generate new business in assigned geographic territory

-Utilizes technical and clinical knowledge to provide customers with support regarding treatment and restorative options; may participate in consultations with patient(s).

Qualification

·       High School diploma or equivalent.

·       Minimum of one (1) year of experience in dental industry.

·       Previous sales and customer service experience, a plus.

-Excellent communication skills including written, verbal with the ability to persuade others, listening, and customers service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with and work well with others.

-Positive, friendly, confident, and outgoing personality

-Driven and highly self-motivated, and drive to meet and exceed sales goals

-Strong dental industry knowledge preferred

-The ability to work independently as well as in a group environment.

-Trustworthy, honest, respectful and flexible

Base salary + Commission

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time
