Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Board model parameter simulation
  • Understanding DRAM and next generation memory (3DXP, PRAM….)
  • Parts selection and qualification, Schematic Capture
  • Board Floor planning
  • Provide guidance to CAD designers (placement and routing)
  • Review CAD work
  • Work with SI and PI engineers on pre-layout planning based on simulations
  • Working closely with Software engineers for bring up and debug
  • Author HW specifications
Requirements:
  • EE degree with more than 10 year working experience
  • Intel/AMD based Server system/board HW design & Validation & Debugging
  • ARM based Server HW board design & Validation & Debugging is a plus
  • Understanding Server Architecture and components functionalities (CPU, DRAM, PCH, BMC, CPLD,…)
  • Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred
