• With more than 100 partners and resellers and over 20,000 active licenses nationwide, VELAONE continues to grow. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Operations Coordinator to help manage and coordinate our order processing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire order process for POS systems and merchant service accounts, from order intake through setup and activation
• Provide day-to-day operational and order processing support to the Sales Team

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
