We are looking for an ambitious Tax and Accounting Manager to lead engagements, mentor our talented team, and work directly with firm partners on strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Oversee: Manage workflows for tax preparation, compilations, and complex accounting projects.

• Review & Refine: Conduct final reviews of business/individual tax returns and financial statements.

• Advise Clients: Act as a trusted advisor, delivering direct consultation and strategic tax planning for domestic and international clients.

• Develop Talent: Mentor, train, and guide staff and senior accountants in their career growth.

Qualifications

• Education & License: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance required; CPA license highly preferred.

• Experience: 5–7+ years in public accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.

• Software Savvy: Highly proficient in Lacerte, QuickBooks, and MS Office (Excel/Word).

• Skills: Strong project management, delegation, and client-facing communication skills.

• Languages: Bilingual in English & Korean is strongly preferred.

• Requirements: Eligible to work in the U.S. and available to work seasonal overtime as needed.
