SubKulture Entertainment (SubK) is a U.S.-based K-pop tour and project management company specializing in festivals, tours, showcases, fan events, media promotions and activities, event activations, and artist logistics around the globe. Our team manages every aspect of tour operations—from pre-tour planning to on-the-road execution and post-tour settlement—working closely with artists, management companies, promoters, production teams, vendors, and venues.
We`re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Tour Coordinator. While this position will primarily support our hotel operations, you`ll receive hands-on training across every aspect of tour management with the goal of developing into a future Tour Manager.

Position Overview
Hotels are one of the most time-intensive aspects of every tour, from sourcing and contracting to managing rooming, logistics, and final reconciliation. Your primary responsibility will be supporting our hotel operations while also assisting with transportation, hospitality, staffing, tour logistics, and general project coordination.
You`ll work directly with our Tour Management team and gain exposure to the complete lifecycle of a professional tour.
Primary Responsibilities
Hotel Operations (Primary Focus)
Research hotels in various markets throughout North America
Compare hotel options based on location, budget, amenities, and tour requirements
Prepare hotel option presentations for clients
Communicate with hotel sales managers
Review hotel proposals and contracts
Assist with contract execution and tracking
Create hotel information packets and hotel riders
Organize rooming lists and hotel documentation
Assist with hotel billing, reconciliation, and settlement after tours
Tour Logistics
Update and maintain master tour planning spreadsheets
Update estimate and expense tracking documents
Research transportation options and pricing
Create transportation grids and routing documents
Assist with airport logistics and transportation planning
Research VIP airport services
Staffing & Vendor Coordination
Source and coordinate translators and local runners
Research and contact catering companies
Assist with hospitality planning
Update hospitality riders
Research & Administrative Support
Research visa requirements and travel information
Research ATA Carnet procedures and customs information
Organize digital files and tour documentation
Upload photos and operational references for future projects
Label backstage maps and venue documents
Maintain organized project folders
Team Coordination
Monitor internal team group chats for schedule updates and operational changes
Keep project documents updated with new information
Assist various departments as tour needs evolve
Support the team with additional operational tasks as assigned

Language Requirements
Professional working proficiency in both English and Korean (spoken and written) is required.
Must be comfortable communicating with vendors, clients, and partners in both languages.
Ability to translate or interpret operational information accurately is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong problem-solving skills
Previous administrative, hospitality, event, or customer service experience is a plus
