We are looking for a Store Manager or Operating Partner for a new Beauty Supply store opening in Philadelphia, PA.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be more than just an employee and is interested in helping operate and grow a new retail business long-term.

Responsibilities
- Assist with store opening and daily operations
- Manage employees and schedules
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory and merchandising
- Oversee cashier and sales team
- Help improve store sales and operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Korean/English bilingual preferred
- Beauty supply experience preferred
- Retail management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Responsible and reliable
- Long-term commitment preferred
- Investment or business partnership interest is a plus
