We are seeking experienced baristas who are enthusiastic, friendly, and can treat
our guests with respect and sincerity.
To be considered, candidates should ideally have::
- Experience as a barista in a busy specialty coffee shop(preferred).
- A keen eye for detail and a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices.
- A commitment of at least 1 year to the role.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle money.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual skills in English and Korean (preferred).
