·  광고 마케팅 부분 (신입 / 경력직)

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

·         Integrated online and offline marketing initiatives for advertising and business development

·         Develop and manage account relationships that support long-term revenue growth

·         Support the RFP process, including proposal development, internal coordination, and final deliverables

·         Collaborate with Client Success to craft compelling advertising solutions for clients and agencies

Knowledge & Skills

·       Strong ability to build trusted working relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve effectively.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and sell ideas clearly.

·       Strong interest in media sales, advertising, and revenue growth.

·       General understanding of: Digital media landscape (including social, programmatic, and premium publishing)

·       Campaign performance KPIs and reporting

·       Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience & Preferred Qualifications

·       2-4 years of experience in sales support, media planning, or account management role, ideally within digital media, advertising, or entertainment.

·       At least 1 year of experience in a direct media sales capacity.

·       Prior experience working with an agency is a PLUS

근무방식

     - Full-time (40hr/week)

급여수준

    - 신입직 : $40,000 ~ $50,000

    - 경력직 : 경력사항에 따라 별도 협의
