부서의 행정 및 운영 업무를 지원할 Provider Relation Specialist를 모집합니다.

급여: $68,000 – $76,000

주요 업무:

·       오렌지카운티 및 LA카운티 내 의료기관 정기 방문

·       의료 제공자와의 신뢰 구축 및 관계 관리

·       주치의(PCP), 전문의 및 계약된 협력업체와의 협업

·       의료 제공자 네트워크 개발 지원

우대 자격:

·       Medical Group / IPA, Managed Care, HMO 경력 2년 이상

·       Provider Network Development 경력 1년 이상

·       계약, 보상, 자격심사(Credentialing), 운영 전반에 대한 이해

·       Medicare 규정, NCQA, HIPAA 관련 지식

Qualified candidate will provide administrative and operational support for the department.

Salary: $68,000 - $76,000

Duties & Responsibilities:

-        Routine visits to providers in Orange and Los Angeles Counties, developing trust, building relationships, and maintaining open lines of communication

-        Effectively interacts with PCPs, Specialists, and other contracted vendors/services to assist in provider network development.

Preferred Experience:

-        Two years experience in Medical Group/IPA, Managed care, and HMO

-        One year of experience in provider network development.

-        In-depth knowledge of contracting, reimbursement, credentialing, and operations.

-        Knowledge of Medicare regulations, NCQA, and HIPPA compliance.
