Hello! We are a real estate company located at DTLA and looking for an Administrative Assistant who`d like to work with us.
The job description is as follows :
Status: Part-Time but based on the work performance, it will be switched to Full-Time.
Location: Los Angeles, CA Hours: 10 AM – 4 PM
- Accounts Payable: processing and complete payments, verifying and reconciling invoices.
- Basic general bookkeeping and data entry: Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting transactions
- Review, organize, and manage documents such as invoices from vendors and recurring bills statements related to projects
- Administrative office work such as answering and making phone calls, assisting visitor, managing appointments
- Other miscellaneous duties assigned by management
- Basic computer software skills required (e.g. Microsoft Excel, ETC).
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred, but not required) or Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred, but not required)
- Driver’s License (preferred, but not required)
