and success, we now have licenses throughout the United States and we are
continuing to grow and expand in anticipation of market demands. We are
looking for a accounting staff that can effectively complete daily
assignments, meet deadlines with accuracy and demonstrate a sense of urgency. |

| Mortgage industry experience is a plus but we are willing to
provide training for the right candidate. |

| Position Title:
Accounting Staff (Entry Level)/Secondary_Lockdesk (Entry Level) |
|
| The ideal candidate will possess: |
| ▪ Bi-lingual (Korean is preferable) |
| ▪ Good written and verbal communication skills |
| ▪ Outstanding people skills and team player |
| ▪ Flexibility and multi-tasking ability |
| ▪ Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment |
|
| Duties: |
| Accounting |
| ▪ Maintains, reviews
various general ledger accounts and assists with preparation of financial
statements |
| and support schedule
per company`s timeline |
| ▪ Processes account
payable, tracks account receivable and administrates general accounting
duties |
|
| Secondary |
| ▪ Run and Evaluate
pipeline management reports daily, or as required |
| ▪ Administer, configure,
and maintain Pricing Engine including eligibility and pricing rules |
| ▪ Lock, extend, re-lock
and re-price loans in Loan Origination System as requested, ensuring pricing
calculation are correct |
| ▪ Complete Corresponding
investor locks, ensuring target profit margins and data integrity are
maintained |
| ▪ Produce and distribute
daily pricing/rate sheet for Clients |
| ▪ Assist with the
maintenance of and updates/changes to rate sheets |
| ▪ Perform to evaluate
competitive position |
| ▪ Assist with maintenance
of investor pricing, SRP and policies |
| ▪ Monitor MBS market
conditions throughout the day to anticipate the need for market driven price
improvement or worsening |
| ▪ Assist with the trade
and allocation of loans through direct trade, bulk bid trade, Best Efforts
commitment |
| ▪ Assist with all trade
related functions such as commitment pair offs, rolls, swaps, assignment,
etc. |
| ▪ As necessary,
additional duties required to meet team and company goals |
