BeMuse is a startup e-tailer offering a wide range of fashionable women’s apparel and a unique assortment of accessories, shoes, beauty & home. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will develop, implement and manage digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive traffic in each digital channel to maximize growth potential, drive long term profitability and build brand equity.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

·        Promote products, services and content via email newsletters and messaging, in a way that is consistent with organization’s brand and social media strategy.

·        Work closely with creative, marketing and buying teams to deliver compelling marketing communications and email templates.

·        Create audience segments, automated messages, and utilize A/B testing, purchase history, geographic location, and other customer attributes and behaviors to drive performance.

·        Manage abandoned cart and event-driven email program.

·        Monitor and report on delivery, open rates, and other performance statistics on a daily basis.

·        Develop systems for recurring and triggered email campaigns.

·        Manage subscriber database to grow email list and improve ROI.

·        Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive new customer acquisition and improve retention.

·        Organize and launch paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and other channels.

·        Perform daily account management and monitor KPIs of all advertising accounts and platforms.

·        Communicate internally with buying, creative and marketing teams to determine appropriate content and copy to test and improve advertising campaigns.

·        Provide recommendations for campaign structuring and targeting in accordance with company goals and marketing budgets.

·        Create weekly and monthly campaign reporting for all major metrics, goal tracking, and other initiatives.

·        Maintain an interest in digital trend and social platforms.

 

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

·        3-5 years minimum experience with digital marketing

·        Bachelor’s degree

·        Solid understanding of Google Analytics and ecommerce metrics

·        Experience building email and advertising campaigns

·        Strong communication and presentation skills

·        An ability to multitask / work on multiple projects at once

·        Strong analytical skills, able to analyze data and act on insights
