Position: Operations Specialist & Executive Assistant
• Provide scheduling and general administration support
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed
• Data entry in QuickBooks.
• Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organization skills, and the ability to work with confidential documents
• Ability to analyze and use various documents (contracts, purchase orders, etc.)
• The overall process for freight
Skills and Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• QuickBooks experience is plus
• Bilingual in Korean and English Preferred
• Freight Knowledge
