Primarily responsible for effectively managing the assigned accounts of the Company and ensuring that the clients get the most out of their tax benefits.
1. Research about customer’s property information and coordinate
2. Creating a specific excel sheet showing the estimated savings for future Cost Segregation prospects.
3. Analyzes client’s income tax returns to determine whether or not the tax returns need to be amended to claim cash refund and/or tax credits.
4. Coordinates with the business owners and/or client’s CPA on all the documents and information required to do estimation of Corporation and Personal cash refunds and tax credits.
5. Review client’s account to reconcile refund payment and discrepancies.
6. Review client’s status update regularly.
7. Coordinate and communicate with the Franchise Tax Board (FTB) and/or the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on documentary deficiency of client, notice addressed to client, and updating clients on any new directives from the FTB and/or the IRS.
8. Acts as the middle man between client and sales personnel. Must be able to resolve client’s concerns/queries.
9. Assist in accounts receivables and invoice preparations
10. Collection Efforts. Monitor client account details for non-payments, delayed payment and other irregularities.
11. Communicate with customers for collection purposes via phone, email and mail.
12. Maintain office supplies
13. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
• Minimum 1 year`s experience within Customer Service or Sales
• Must have experience in an office setting environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a fast learner and detail oriented
• High level of professionalism, motivated, detail and goal oriented
• Strong analytical and decision-making ability
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Able to multi-task, able to perform with minimal supervision
• Able to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures
• Proficient in Microsoft office (word and excel) and internet research
• Authorized to work in the U.S.A.
