estate, surety, and technology industries. He is looking for someone who can be
his strategic partner and help him manage all three companies in varying
degrees. This is a key role in a growing organization with plenty of room for career
development. Our ideal candidate will be looking to stay long term and grow
with us.
About you:
- Bilingual
– You must be able to speak and write both English and Korean
- Experience
– 1+ years of experience preferred but we are open to training and growing the right
entry-level candidate
- You possess
basic computer skills and have experience with Microsoft Office and Gsuite products.
- You have
strong organizational, communication, and basic accounting skills
- You are
assertive, professional, and poised under pressure
- You have
a desire to learn, pay attention to detail, and can deal with a wide range of
personalities
- You can work
independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You have
flexibility to be available after work hours (some evenings and weekends may be required)
- You must
have reliable transportation
About the position:
- Maintain
and manage calendars including scheduling appointments and coordinating
meetings
- Coordinate all
travel arrangement
- Serve as
gatekeeper to phone and email inboxes
- Interact
with partners and clientele for coordination and business development purposes
- Research and
documentation of business materials
- Attend
meeting and taking minutes
- Perform
basic accounting
- Perform
personal tasks as needed
- Offer
occasional support for other executives
- Manage the presentation
of our offices
