generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings.
Using computers to generate reports, transcribe
minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
Maintain polite and professional communication
via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to
ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Associate’s degree in related field.
Prior administrative experience.
Excellent time management skills and the ability
to prioritize work.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational skills with the ability to
Bilingual in English and Korean
