Perform a wide range of administrative and office support
activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the
efficient operation of the organization.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
visitors by greeting them in person
effectively both verbally and in written form with customers and employees
via email, phone, instant message
screen and transfer inbound phone calls
Manage the daily attendance of employees
Assist in a variety of administrative office duties
including scheduling and other general support
Support additional projects as assigned
Generate and administer documents based on given
Nurture a positive work environment
Skills and Qualifications
Customer service orientation
Good organizational and communication skills
MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point
Must be eligible
to work in US
