Job Description :
- Part time or Full time
- Answer phone calls, screen and direct calls (take and relay messages) .
- Receive mail and deliveries.
- Direct persons to correct destination.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Need Friendly conversation technique.
- Need MS office (Word, Excel) and Outlook skills
- No experience needed. Will train.
Compensation and Working Hours.
- Compensation : Please include your desired salary range in your Resume.
- Working Hours : Mon-Fri (8:30am to 5:30pm, 1 hour lunch break).
