Job Position : Production Assistant
Office Location : Downey, CA
Pay : $20/hr to $25/hr depending on experience
Work Schedule : Monday ~ Friday, 8 hours/day
Legally authorized to work
Lunch : Not Provided


Duties & Responsibilities

* Primary Duties (Essential Duties)
- Data entry & reporting
- Accurately enter and maintain production-related data in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Update and track production schedules, inventory levels, and other related data in Sage ERP Mas.
- Generate production reports, inventory reports, and any other ad-hoc reports as required by management.
- Assist in tracking and documenting inventory movement and production progress.
- Communicate with production team members to monitor production workflow and inventory.

* Secondary Duties
- Occasionally help on the production line during busy periods or when additional labor is needed to meet production targets.
- May be assigned additional tasks as needed to support general accounting and administrative duties for the plant.


Qualifications
---------------------------------
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors or Associates degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, ideally within a production, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Sage ERP Mas or any ERP systems is a plus.
- Experience working in a production environment is beneficial, but not required.
- Fluency in Korean and English, bilingual Spanish is a plus.
