Office, 컴퓨터에 능숙하신 분

원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 가진 분

Bilingual;
able to communicate in both Korean and English

파일로 된 영수증을 당사의 시스템에 정확히 기록

데이터를 입력 후 필요시 담당자와 전화로 소통
-
기본적인 회계 업무 처리 (Training제공)
3. 3. 근무 환경

급여: $20/hr

근무시간: Mon – Fri
(8AM – 5PM with 1 hour lunch)

Looking for
a Data Entry Clerk & Accounting Assistant to join the R&M Pacific Rim
team.
Our company
operates and manages gas stations throughout Orange County with a headquarter
office in La Mirada, CA.
1. 1. Qualifications

Accounting experience
or background is preferred (but not required)

Must be
proficient in Microsoft Office

Good
communication skills
-
Bilingual;
able to communicate in both Korean and English
2. 2. Job
Description
-
Transfer
data from source material (ex. Receipts) into proprietary software
-
In cases of
missing or incomplete source material, communicate with custodians of the
source material to make sure it is provided
-
Responsible
for assisting Accountants with basic tasks (experience not required; training
will be provided)
