We are looking for an Accounting Associate, HR Administrator, Purchasing Assistant, Warehouse Staff, Asset Technician and IT Helpdesk Technician.

 

<< Position : Accounting Associate (Entry-Level) >>

Job Type: Full Time

Position Type: Non-exempt

Salary Range: $20-25 per hour (depending on experience)

 

Your Role as an Accounting Associate Include (but are not limited to)

 o Review store daily closings to ensure all sales made at stores are accurate and properly

 o Review purchase reports and vendor statements to proceed payments

 o Verify and input expense transactions according to company accounting procedures and make payments in timely manner for smooth store operations

o Advanced verbal and written communication skills

o Interpersonal and customer service skills

o Organized and attention to detail

o Knowledge of human resource principles, practices, and procedures

o Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Salary Range: $20-25 per hour (depending on experience)



Your Role as an HR Administrator Include (but are not limited to)

o Full cycle recruiting and interviewing assistance. Maintain job posting sources, phone screen, conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers, reference and background checks.

o Coordinate and execute all aspects of bringing onboard a new employee including scheduling orientation, preparing new hire packets, collecting and processing new  hire paperwork, interfacing with payroll/benefits.

o Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local employment, pay and workplace laws and regulations. Partner closely with Legal, Payroll to establish alignment and respond to compliance inquiries.

o Provide support in all HR - related disciplines, including, but not limited to, staffing, organizational development, employee relations, talent management, organizational redesign, and performance management and employee development.

o Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.

o Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources or the related field is required

o Internship or professional experience in Human Resources is preferred

o Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred

o  Basic knowledge of COBRA, diversity/EEO, FMLA, and related state and federal regulations is preferred and must have a strong intellectual curiosity to stay informed against complaint with employment laws and HR practice

o Strong employee relations, attention to details, and communication skills across all levels of the organization

 

<< Position :  Purchasing Assistant (Grocery/Produce)>>

Job Type: Full Time

Position Type: Non-exempt

 Salary Range: $20-25 per hour (depending on experience)


Your Role as a Purchasing Assistant Include (but are not limited to)

o Completing documents and data entry for Grocery items

o Selecting and maintaining items for weekly sales and issuing coupons

o Checking inventory and managing stores and sales by taking phone calls or in person

o Communicating effectively with internal and external clients

o Bilingual (English/Chinese/Korean)

<< Position : Warehouse Staff >>

Job Type: Full Time

Position Type: Non-exempt

 Salary Range: $18-21 per hour (depending on experience)


Your Role as a Warehouse Worker

o Operate powered industrial lift trucks to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials

o Receive, pick, pack, and ship merchandise as on the order list

o Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy

o Check merchandise and supply deliveries for accuracy, verify quantities received match bills of lading, purchase orders, and other documents

o Organize the stock room or warehouse and ensure that accurate labeling, logical placement, neat     arrangement, and cleanliness are maintained

o Maintain ongoing and proactive communication with key partners about new arrivals, order overages and shortages, and delivery delays

o Forklift certification and met the age requirement to operate forklifts, which is 18-year-old

o Previous experience in a large-scale warehouse/distribution center environment 

o Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays 

o A positive attitude, a cooperative nature, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

 

Physical Requirement

o Must be able and willing to lift, push, pull, and move items up to 50lbs using proper safety methods

o Must be able and willing to perform frequent standing, walking, repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions, and bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders

o Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time

Job Type: Full Time

Position Type: Non-exempt

 Salary Range: $20-25 per hour (depending on experience)


Your Role as an Asset Technician

o Repair, install and troubleshoot refrigeration systems

o Perform preventative maintenance to avoid future problems or breakdowns

o Adjust or replace worn or defective mechanisms and parts and reassemble repaired systems. 

o Estimate, order, pick up, deliver and install materials and supplies needed to maintain equipment in good working condition

o Understanding the operation of commercial refrigeration systems

o Diagnosing malfunctions and defects in equipment

o Reading blueprints and electrical and electronic schematics

o Grasping electrical and plumbing concepts

o Operating tools, gauges, and other testing equipment for refrigeration systems

 

<< Position :  IT Helpdesk Technician>>

Job Type: Full Time

Position Type: Non-exempt

Salary Range: $20-25 per hour (depending on experience)


Your Role as a IT Helpdesk Technician Include (but are not limited to)

 o Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications

 o ​Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

 o ​​Guide staffs/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the phone to help set up systems or resolve issues

o ​Diagnose, troubleshoot, solve system/network problems and hardware/software faults

o ​​Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports

o ​Replace parts as required, including parts for all IT Device

o ​Analyze problems, present facts, make recommendations, and implement solutions

o ​​ A high school diploma or Associate`s degree or higher in IT related major or equivalent work experience is preferred

o ​​Proven knowledge of PC components and design, networking concepts including PC setup, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance (TCP/IP, DNS, and LAN concepts)

o ​​Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems as well as peripherals

o ​​Ability and willingness to travel around the region (by car or plane) to do a routine maintenance

o ​​Must be able to work responsibly in timely manner with excellent follow-through

o ​​Ability to communicate effectively to the store employees, team members, and management

o ​​Bilingual skills in Korean, Chinese, Spanish, or Vietnamese

o ​​ Flexible availability to work during "peak" retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays

o ​​Ability and willingness to work extended shift periods, weekends, non-regular work-periods, and/or holidays as needed, be "on-call", and respond to emergency situations

o ​​Valid driver`s license
