A.  < Online Customer service >

*We are a fast-growing ecommerce apparel company seeking a full-time customer service  representative to handle our emails & phone calls on customer inquiries, as well as other tasks that include but not limited to:

• Assisting in order fulfillment during high order volume days
• Returned merchandise processing
• Coordinating with shipping carriers regarding packages
• Orders and customers data entry

The ideal candidate:

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls and frequent emails everyday
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and great attitude
• Able to work with a team in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and email basics
• Excellent phone-call etiquette
• Responsible, dependable, and organized in all aspects of work
• Fast learner and self-motivated with the ease of following verbal instructions
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
• Knowledge of E-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Ebay and Walmart

- Office Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri)
- No experience necessary, willing to train



B. < Assistant WEB Designer 어씨스턴트 >

MAIN ROLE- PRODUCT PHOTO EDITING (studio model shoot, lifestyle/outdoor model shoot, ghost, flat
lay photography)

• Photoshoot prep before, organize/clean after
• Helping during the photoshoot
• Prepping clothes requires (folder organization/ file handling/ steaming & folding clothes/ etc...
• Helping with Shopify new product listings
• Model scouting
• Searching/booking photoshoot locations
• Helping with social media contents
• Be able to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Requires basic computer skills (Excel, photoshop, illustrator, etc...)
•    Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
Office Hours: 8.00 am to 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri)

 
EXPERIENCES NOT REQUIRED, WILLING TO TRAIN
