A.  < Online Customer service >

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Following up with customer orders and returns
- Perform basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Must be bilingual (Korean/English)
- Office Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri)
- No experience necessary, willing to train



B. < Assistant WEB Designer 어씨스턴트 >

- MAIN ROLE- PRODUCT PHOTO EDITING (model, ghost, flat lay photography)
- Photoshoot prep before, organize/clean after
- Prepping clothes requires (folder organization/ file handling/ steaming & folding clothes/ etc...)
- Helping out with Shopify new product listings
- Model scouting
- Searching/booking photoshoot locations
- Helping out with social media contents
- Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Adobe Photoshop,  Illustrator is plus
- Office Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri)
