Los Angeles / OC New Opening Location
are now hiring for a full-time Medical Assistant & Medical Biller /
Receptionist.
Job Description:
- Serves patients by greeting and
helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.
- Welcomes patients and visitors in
person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Optimizes patients’ satisfaction,
provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in
person or by telephone.
- Maintains business office inventory
and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating
needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt
of supplies, and scheduling equipment service and repairs.
- Patient Insurance eligibility check
- Data input
Requirement:
Must be legally eligible to work in
the U.S.
Must be fluent in Korean and
English. ( also Looking for Chinese
speaker )
Good phone manners.
Computer skills and medical office
experience helpful.
Positive energy, Kindness and strong
ability to multi-task
Must be able to work 4~5 days a week.
