Shipping Associate (Fulfillment/WMS):
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in delivery area for pickup;
- Coordinate with all departments to fulfill specific and ongoing inventory and shipping needs;
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, packing area, and workstations neat;
- Pack and ship items securely and effectively to minimize breakage;
- Fill all customer orders with accuracy and timelines;
- Ensure shipping materials/warehouse supplies are stocked and available;
- General warehouse duties, cleaning and/or labor and any other assigned tasks;

Customer Service:
- Manage incoming calls;
- Identify and assess customers` needs to achieve satisfaction;
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit - follow up to ensure resolution;
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;

E-commerce Specialist:
- Manage inventory on Shopify, Amazon, and other online marketplaces (especially Shopify);
- Create, manage, and optimize listings for all marketplaces;
- Coordinate marketing for all online marketplaces, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, content creation (guides, banners, HTML templates, and email);
- Monitor competitive listings and pricing on all marketplaces;
- Experience with web design;
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketplace metrics and sales;

Logistics Coordinator:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations;
- Ensure premises, assets, and communication ways are used effectively;
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction;
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements;
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management;

Import/Export Specialist:
- Review daily shipment exceptions and resolve with service providers to ensure timely flow of freight;
- Update and monitor shipment milestone events;
- Gather shipment details, resolve problems, and streamline processes;
- Perform analysis and create reporting that helps support process improvements;
- Support and maintain ongoing documentation of logistics procedures related to daily functions;
- Ensure accurate product values;
- Great with costs, statistics, and math;

Videographer:
- Excellent computer literacy;
- Proficiency with editing software such as Photoshop;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Relative fitness and stamina to work long hours;
- Proficiency with camera equipment;
