SUMMARYThe Technician supports the Product Quality department in product investigations, evaluates and reports results of defective part, NTF and re-manufactured part investigations, performs company/lease car service and repair, supports media events with vehicle preparation, supports product planning with vehicle upgrades/modifications and validates labor operation times to support TSB/Service action/Recalls. The Technician will be trained in all necessary procedures in order to be able to maintain service garage operations in case the Supervisor is not available i.e. order parts, prioritize shop jobs make decisions in order to complete all requests on time and correctly as well as assist in supervising contract employees reporting to the garage Supervisor.
